Key Responsibilities:

• Collect DNA samples (primarily buccal swabs) from clients at various locations, including homes, offices, or clinics.
• Verify client identities and complete necessary documentation with accuracy and discretion.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and transportation of DNA samples to maintain chain of custody.
• Explain the collection process to clients and answer questions with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all company protocols and industry standards.
• Travel to client locations as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; healthcare or lab experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
